Who We Are

Imperial Consulting Corporation (ICC) was founded in 1968 by Edward E. Gordon with a focus on workforce and human development issues. ICC’s diverse spectrum of consulting services has been able to better address our clients’ many strategic planning and implementation issues. Our broad range of clients include businesses of all sizes, non-profit organizations, local/state/national government agencies, labor unions, workforce/economic development entities, professional/trade associations, public/private schools, higher education institutions, foundations, and international government agencies (See client list).

ICC offers our business, union, non-profit and governmental clients strategic workforce consulting services in research, planning, review and analysis, white papers, organizational briefings, conference presentations, workshops, board retreats, strategic updates and much more. ICC provides our educational clients with consulting services in career education; skill building; literacy; tutoring for elementary/secondary schools and districts; tutoring and study skill centers for community/technical colleges, liberal arts colleges, and universities.

In addition to being a thought-leader in business and education, Ed Gordon is a published professional historian who has delivered many historical presentations to audience at museums, educational institutions, professional associations and private groups.
